Tools for Resilience

Rachel started this online hub with her colleague Annika Schindler as a place to offer curated tools to steer clear through challenging times.

The Tools for Resilience show is a live 30 minute interview-style show where participants have the opportunity to engage with thought leaders who promote radiant health and an empowered lifestyle.

Guests are encouraged to share tools which can be immediately applied or to provide live experiences which are meaningful for participants. Topics and content are curated by hosts, Rachel and Annika. Audio for episodes is archived as a podcast for listening after the show takes place.
